Ingredients: 10 oz (300 g) chopped
bittersweet chocolate (the best you can find) 3/4 cup (175 mL) boiling
hot whipping cream 2 tablespoons chocolate
liqueur (or any of your favorite liqueur) 3 cups sponge cake
cubes 3 cups fresh strawberries
(or any other ripe fruit of your choice) | Preparation: - Place chopped chocolate in a fondue pot.
- Pour 3/4 cup boiling hot whipping cream over
the chocolate.
- Place the fondue pot over low flame heat and
stir until smooth.
- Add your favorite liqueur and serve with
prepared fruits and sponge cubes.
