Caramel Apple Fondue
Sliced apples
Chopped peanuts
2 pounds caramels
8 ounces cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Unwrap caramels and melt in microwave. When melted, add sliced cream cheese. Cook for 1 minute in microwave. Stir until cream cheese is melted. Add vanilla extract; stir. Pour caramel into fondue pot. Dip sliced apples in caramel, then into chopped peanuts.
